The fee schedule is staggered, and structured to offer a preferred rate to breeders and owners who nominate early, that is, those who nominate their horses as weanlings and keep up annual payments.

* This fee is capped at a total of five horses per age group. For example, a breeder with 8 weanlings would nominate all 8 for a total of $50.00. Note: this herd discount is only available for horses up until three years of age.
** A nominal administration fee is charged per horse (or horse group) yearly.
